QCC — Quality Commercial Cleaning
Open ledger · every line · every contract

Transparent quoting — Every line on every quote.

Most commercial cleaning quotes are lump-sum. "From $X per visit" with no detail. QCC's quotes are line-item. Labour hours by frequency. Supplies. Equipment. Overhead. Margin. Each line documented.

§ 01 · The quote standard

Five components · every line has a unit cost.

01

Labour hours by frequency

Documented per visit type (daily, weekly, periodic deep clean). Hourly rates included — verifiable against the award.

02

Supplies + chemicals

Diversey-supplied. Green Seal-certified where applicable. TGA-listed for clinical sites. Per-visit and per-month consumption documented.

03

Equipment

Ride-on scrubbers, vacuums, hydro units, EWPs. Amortised as its own line — not hidden in inflated labour rates.

04

Overhead

Insurance, training currency, supervisory cost, helpdesk allocation, account-management cost — all line-item.

05

Margin

Documented as a line, not hidden across inflated everything-else. Same percentage on every line.

§ 02 · Sample quote

What a QCC quote actually looks like.

Illustrative numbers from a mid-size office cleaning contract. Your actual quote reflects your specific site, scope, frequency, and location — but the framework is identical.

§ 03 · What competitors hide

Six patterns in non-transparent quoting. QCC's line-item approach makes each impossible.

Hide · 0101

"From $45 / visit"

Without specifying what $45 covers. The actual per-visit cost is higher; "from" is the floor for the smallest possible scope.

Hide · 0202

Lump-sum quotes

Don't break down the components. You can't compare across providers because nobody's lines match.

Hide · 0303

Hidden margin

Baked into inflated labour rates. The "$60/hour labour" rate quietly includes a 30% margin you can't see.

Hide · 0404

Add-on charges

For things competitors said were included — ATP testing, after-hours response, photo evidence, audit-pack export.

Hide · 0505

"We'll match pricing"

Without matching the scope. The scope quietly shrinks to fit the price.

Hide · 0606

End-of-contract surprises

When scope ramps over time without quote updates. Year three's invoice doesn't match year one's quote.

§ 04 · Sample walk-through

Read every line. Ask any question.

This isn't an unusual conversation — it's the standard QCC quote conversation. Account managers expect it.

Q · 01Why is labour $48 / hour?
A

Cleaner award rate plus on-cost (super, leave, workers' comp), grossed up. We can show you the calculation if useful.

Q · 02Can I drop the weekly deep clean?
A

Yes — line removed, $100/week comes off your invoice. New monthly total visible same day.

Q · 03Can I add ATP testing?
A

Yes — line added at $Y per testing cycle. New monthly total visible same day.

Q · 04Can I see the chemical SDS?
A

Yes — Diversey-supplied. SDS for every product available on request.

Q · 05What's the margin line?
A

Documented at X%. Same on every line. We don't hide it across other lines.

§ 05 · Scope changes

A calculation — not a renegotiation.

Quote in 24 hours. Onboard in 2–4 weeks. Mid-contract scope changes are common — occupancy shifts, new sites open, old sites close, frequencies adjust seasonally. The line-item structure makes scope changes a calculation, not a renegotiation.

Drop a site visit

Labour line shrinks. New monthly total visible same day.

+

Add a deep clean

New weekly line appears. New monthly total visible same day.

×

Scale ATP testing

Quarterly → monthly. Testing line multiplies. Documented.

The numbers move. The framework doesn't.

§ 06 · Frequently asked

Transparent quoting · procurement questions answered.

Q · 01Is every QCC quote line-item?
Yes — every quote, every contract, every site. The line-item structure is the operating model, not a premium tier or special-request format.
Q · 02Can I see the labour award rate I'm paying?
Yes. Standard award rate plus on-cost (super, leave, workers' comp), grossed up. Calculation available on request — most procurement teams ask once at onboarding and then trust the framework.
Q · 03Are there hidden charges?
No — that's the whole point of line-item. If a charge appears on your invoice, it's on your quote. Boomerang attendance + invoice line-up means every charge ties to a recorded visit.
Q · 04What if I want to drop a line?
Tell us. The line removal and the impact on your invoice are visible the same day. No renegotiation cycle — the framework already accommodates the change.
Q · 05Are equipment costs hidden in labour rates?
No — equipment is its own line, amortised across visits. You can see what you're paying for each piece of equipment used on your site.
Q · 06What about consumables and supplies?
Itemised per visit and per month. Consumption rate documented from comparable sites at quoting, refined to actual consumption inside the first quarter of the contract.
Q · 07Are quote rates locked for the contract life?
Annual indexation (CPI plus award movements) is documented in the contract. Beyond that, rates are locked. No surprise mid-year increases.
Q · 08What if I want to negotiate the margin?
Margin is documented and we can have the conversation. Our standard margin reflects the operating costs of the direct-employee model, training, compliance, and helpdesk infrastructure.
