Q · 02What's the difference between ISO 14001 and Green Seal?
ISO 14001 is an environmental-management-system certification (covers QCC's processes). Green Seal is a product-level certification (covers individual cleaning chemicals). QCC holds ISO 14001 and uses Green Seal-certified products where applicable.
Q · 03Can you provide carbon reporting?
Yes — for contracts that require it. Cadence is contract-specific. Typically quarterly or annually for ESG-reporting clients (government, large corporate, healthcare, education).
Q · 04Are all QCC chemicals environmentally friendly?
We use Diversey-supplied chemistry, with Green Seal-certified products where the application allows. Specialist applications (clinical infection control, industrial hydro cleaning, heritage substrate restoration) sometimes require non-Green-Seal chemistry matched to the application — disclosed and documented per contract.
Q · 05Do you support clients' ESG reporting?
Yes — for clients running their own ESG frameworks, QCC produces site-level environmental data (chemicals, water, waste, transport) on request. Cadence and format aligned to the client's reporting schedule.
Q · 06Are you Climate Active certified or net-zero?
QCC operates under ISO 14001 environmental management. Specific carbon-neutral or Climate Active certification can be discussed for contracts that require it.
