  Yes. AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 — current and externally audited annually by Certifi International. Audit certificate available on request. ISO 45001 is the operating floor for our industrial division, not an add-on.

  Yes. Every industrial-assigned crew member holds current Working at Heights certification with fall-arrest equipment provided per job. EWP certification for scissor and boom lift operation. Specialist rope-access partners for work above 12 metres.

  Yes — JSA and SWMS authored per site, exported to client procurement and WHS teams as part of standard onboarding. Most industrial cleaning providers keep these internal. QCC exports them by default.

  Yes. AS 4674 alignment, food-grade-rated Diversey chemistry, colour-coded equipment dedicated to food zones (blue cloths and mops only), allergen-zone awareness, HACCP-aligned cleaning regime where the site operates HACCP.

  Can you do hydro cleaning?

  Yes — hot-water high-pressure work is part of standard tooling, not subcontracted. Common applications: hard cladding surfaces, food-production floors after grease build-up, façade cleaning, equipment exteriors during shutdowns.

  Yes — most industrial work runs between shifts in a fixed 4–8 hour window. Geofenced sign-in in Boomerang proves attendance inside the window. Photo logs prove the floor was ready before the next shift started.
