What does office cleaning include?

A standard nightly office clean covers floors, the kitchen, bathrooms, cleared desks, reception, internal glass, bins and recycling, lifts and meeting rooms. Below is that default scope. We tailor it up or down by site, every line item is visible on your quote, and changes show up the same way on your invoice.

You tell us about the office, we walk it and send a line-item quote. Once you accept, a dedicated cleaner or crew is inducted to the site, an account manager is named and every visit is logged in Boomerang. Standard contracts are typically 12-month terms with notice provisions, and the quote and walkthrough are free.

Most offices need daily light cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bins) and a weekly deep clean (vacuum, mop, glass, dust). Smaller and hybrid-work offices often run weekly or fortnightly. Most QCC office contracts run after hours, with sign-in proof on every visit.

    Most Australian offices need daily light cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bins) and weekly deep cleaning (vacuum, mop, glass, dust). Higher-traffic sites such as call centres, healthcare and food service usually need daily deep cleans plus mid-shift sanitisation, while smaller and hybrid-work offices often run weekly or fortnightly. QCC sets the schedule to your occupancy, and you can adjust it as your team grows or moves.

    Do you clean offices after hours?

    Yes. Most office cleaning runs outside business hours, between 5 and 8 AM or 6 and 10 PM, so the working day starts clean. Overnight (10 PM to 5 AM) is available for sites that need it. Geofenced sign-in in Boomerang shows the crew arrived inside the agreed window.

    Are QCC cleaners background-checked and certified?

    Yes. Every QCC cleaner completes Cert III in Cleaning Operations through our TrainingUP programme before being assigned to a site. They carry photo-ID badges and are background-checked. Site-specific WHS inductions are run before the first visit.

    Yes. QCC holds three current ISO certifications, externally audited by Certifi International: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety) and AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management). Audit certificates are available on request.
