Chapter 01 — Daily commercial
Office and corporate.
QCC's daily office cleans run on your hours, not ours. Pre-trade, after-hours, overnight, weekends — we run the schedule that protects your tenants' workday and the asset's first impression. Every clean is signed in on Boomerang, every task is photographed, every spill is logged with a timestamp.
Chapter 02 — Care
Healthcare and aged care.
Clinical-grade cleaning where compliance is not negotiable. Our healthcare and aged care crews are infection-control trained, immunised where the contract requires it, and operate to the same documentation standards your auditors expect. Single-use microfibre, colour-coded zones, ATP swab testing on request.
Chapter 03 — Education
Education and childcare.
Schools, universities, and early-learning centres share one thing: a regulator and a parent are both watching. Our cleaners hold Blue Cards (or state equivalents), arrive in QCC uniform with photo ID, and follow NQS-aligned cleaning regimes for childcare and term-cycle scope changes for schools.

What is the difference between commercial cleaning and residential cleaning?
Commercial cleaning covers business premises — offices, retail, healthcare, industrial, education, hospitality. Residential cleaning covers private homes. The two require different chemicals, different certifications, different insurance, and different workforce models. QCC does commercial only.

Do you do one-off cleans, or only ongoing contracts?
Both. We run ongoing contracts for daily and weekly cleans and one-off cleans for events, post-construction, end-of-lease, deep cleans, and emergency callouts.

Can you cover multiple sites under one contract?
Yes — that is most of our work. Multi-site contracts get a single account manager, one consolidated invoice, and one Boomerang portal showing every site.

Do you bring your own equipment and chemicals?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all equipment and Diversey Green Seal certified chemicals. If you have a specific chemical regime your site requires, we can match it.
