ISO 9001. Quality Management.

ISO 9001 covers planning (PDCA cycle — W. Edwards Deming), customer focus, process governance, and continual improvement. Our certification underpins how we run every contract — site supervisors, area managers, and the HSQE compliance manager all audit under this frame.

ISO 45001. Health & Safety.

ISO 45001 covers occupational health and safety. For a workforce of 500+ cleaners, this is non-negotiable: incident reporting, hazard identification, JSA/SWMS authoring, working-at-heights certification, chemical handling, manual handling, biohazard protocols.

Cert / 03 · AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001. Environmental Management.

ISO 14001 covers environmental management — chemical selection, water consumption, waste streams, energy use. We run Diversey Green Seal-certified chemicals as standard. Microfibre systems reduce water use. Defined recycling streams per site.

External audit annually by Certifi International. Chemical inventory reviewed quarterly. Water and waste reporting on contracts that need it.

Cert / 04 · Cm3 Contractor OHS/WHS

Cm3. Contractor Prequalification.

Cm3 is the platform many large clients use to vet contractors before letting them on site. Insurances, OHS/WHS systems, training records, and incident history are all reviewed. QCC has held Cm3 prequalification continuously — Cm3 ID 002965 (verifiable on the Cm3 platform).

QLD LHL. Labour Hire Licence.

In Queensland, providing labour to a third party (which is what commercial cleaning is, in legal terms) requires a Labour Hire Licence. Our number is LHL-01505-Y7Y8S. Many smaller cleaning operators run without this licence — it's worth asking any prospective provider to show theirs.

BSCAA. Industry Membership.

The Building Service Contractors Association of Australia is the industry body for commercial cleaners in Australia. Membership signals professional standards. Many tenders ask for it, and our membership keeps us connected to industry best practice and code-of-conduct frameworks.

Green Seal. Certified Chemicals.

Green Seal is an independent certification body for environmentally responsible cleaning products. We use Diversey-supplied Green Seal certified chemicals as our default chemical regime. Where a contract requires a different regime, we match it — but Green Seal is the baseline.
