Data protection

Access to personal information is restricted to authorised QCC personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes. Workforce vetting (background checks, NDAs for sensitive contexts) applies as standard.
Third-party disclosure

Boomerang attendance data, geofenced sign-in, and photo evidence are operational records used for client visibility, audit compliance, and quality management. They are retained for the duration of your employment plus retention periods required by Fair Work and ATO obligations.
Email confidentiality notice
Emails sent by QCC and any attachments are confidential and intended solely for the use of the intended recipient(s). If you received an email from us in error, please refrain from disclosing, copying, distributing, or using its contents and delete it from your system. Emails are susceptible to alteration; QCC does not accept responsibility for modifications made after an email was sent. While we have taken reasonable precautions to ensure no viruses are present in emails or attachments, we cannot accept liability for damage caused by a virus.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, plus any retention period required by law (typically 7 years for tax, payroll, and compliance records). Visit logs and photo evidence in Boomerang are retained for the duration of the contract plus retention periods required by relevant compliance frameworks (ISO 9001, NSQHS, NQF, Aged Care Quality, etc.).
