QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Demonstrated methodology for undertaking the service, including an understanding of all issues associated with time, cost and quality objectives in the client’s environment.

QCC has demonstrated that optimal service delivery can be achieved simply by ensuring key components of sound quality management are upheld. QCC has implemented and continues to improve these components that include but are not limited to:

  • QCC maintains a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is certified by SAI Global – a globally recognised certifier.
  • QCC employs the process approach, which incorporates the Plan-Do-Check-Act PDCA (W. Edwards Deming) cycle and risk-based thinking. The process approach enables QCC to plan its processes and interactions.
  • The PDCA cycle enables QCC to ensure that its processes are adequately resourced and managed, and that opportunities for improvement are determined and acted on.
  • Risk-based thinking enables QCC to determine the factors that could cause its processes and quality management system to deviate from the planned results and to put in place preventive controls to minimise negative effects and maximise opportunities as they arise.
  • Consistently meeting requirements and addressing future needs and expectations poses a challenge for organisations in an increasingly dynamic and complex environment. To achieve this objective, QCC may adopt various forms of improvement in addition to corrections, such as breakthrough change, innovation and re-organisation.training
